These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by ThermoFusion, including heat treating, vacuum processing, brazing, cryogenic treatment, and related thermal processing services. By submitting materials, issuing a purchase order, or accepting a quotation, the customer agrees to these terms unless otherwise established by a separate written agreement.1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with ThermoFusion, the customer acknowledges that these Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are subject to change without notice unless otherwise stated. Orders become effective only after acceptance by ThermoFusion.3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate material specifications.
- Identify any critical processing requirements.
- Disclose any special handling instructions.
- Inspect completed work promptly upon delivery.
