    Sure, we want to reduce our health insurance costs, but we also want our team to be healthy! Lisa and Kortne have created a wellness board with monthly tips, tricks, articles and recipes for employees. Once a month, Donut Fridays are replaced with Fresh Fruit Fridays. ThermoFusion has also sponsored employee membership in a local gym for cardio, weight lifting, Zumba classes, and a little friendly competition in racquetball. We work hard, and we have fun!

    ThermoFusion has worked with Divid Designs and Nathaniel Kohfield to create a new, updated and mobile friendly website. We’re using CRAFT CMS to build the site. Please let us know what you think.

    ThermoFusion continues to stress heat treating and brazing as its core competencies, with additional capabilities of welding and cryogenic tuning. We heat treat steel, copper, aluminum and exotic materials. We braze steel, copper, aluminum and ceramics.

    Currently ThermoFusion is running 2 shifts covering 24 hours a day, 5 days per week. We have on-demand service for weekend work. Our average heat treating turn-time is 24-36 hours, and our average brazing turn-time is 36-72 hours (aluminum dip brazing is a little longer).
