Once again, ThermoFusion leads the heat treating and brazing industry in its investment in new tools and support for its customers. This time – a $20k investment in IT infrastructure to improve our communication with our customers. While it may seem seamless to our customers, its a big deal, and big improvement, for us!

ThermoFusion has once again re-certified for both AS9100 and ISO-9001. We remain the only brazing and heat treating shop under one roof that carries both certifications.
Sure, we want to reduce our health insurance costs, but we also want our team to be healthy! Lisa and Kortne have created a wellness board with monthly tips, tricks, articles and recipes for employees. Once a month, Donut Fridays are replaced with Fresh Fruit Fridays. ThermoFusion has also sponsored employee membership in a local gym for cardio, weight lifting, Zumba classes, and a little friendly competition in racquetball. We work hard, and we have fun!
